This notice describes the data used by this Game Jobs Remote application. Updated 29 October 2026.
Your account and workspace.
Neon Auth processes your account email, name, authentication information, and sessions. The platform stores your saved roles, job preferences, and personal tracker in a dedicated Neon PostgreSQL database in Frankfurt. Private workspace records are limited to your authenticated account.
Studio and listing information.
Studio profiles and approved active job listings are public. Drafts and review notes are available to the studio owner and platform administrators. Only publish information you are authorized to share.
Hosting and cookies.
Vercel hosts the application. Essential cookies support authentication. A short-lived cookie limits repeated application-click counting for a role to once per hour in the same browser. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser. No advertising cookies are installed by this application.
Application destinations and retention.
Applications take place on the studio’s website, under that site’s own privacy policy. We record aggregate outbound clicks by role, not application contents. Account records remain in the service while your account is active. Removal, export, and operational retention procedures must be finalized before the public launch; do not use this preview for sensitive personal information.
